Privacy Notice

This site is run by Ravi Thyagarajan. It sells one course and one consulting package, and this notice covers everything it does with your information. It's written to be read, not to be survived.
What gets collected
Only what you type into the enrollment or booking form:
- Your first and last name, and email address (required).
- Company, job title, phone number, country, and how you heard about the course (all optional — leave them blank and nothing breaks).
- For consulting bookings only: what you want to get working, your team size, the tools you use, and your rough timeline.
Your details are saved before you pay — including if you don't
This is the part most privacy notices bury, so here it is plainly. When you finish the first step of the form and continue to the payment screen, your details are saved at that moment — before any card information is entered.
That means if you fill in who you are and then decide not to pay, or close the tab, or your card is declined, your details are still stored and Ravi may email you once about the enrollment you started. If you'd rather he didn't, reply to that email or write to ravi@accelerateaisales.com and it's deleted.
Card details
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go from your browser straight to Stripe and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this site's server. What comes back is a payment reference and whether it succeeded — nothing more.
Stripe's payment form sets its own cookies for fraud prevention. Their handling is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session tracking, no cross-site anything. The only third-party cookies you'll encounter are Stripe's, on the payment step, as described above.
One small exception, for completeness: if you use the light/dark toggle,
your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site
remembers it on the next page. It's a single word — light or
dark — it never leaves your device, it isn't sent to us or
anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads — the same as on most of the web. If that changes, or if analytics is ever added, this notice gets updated first.
Why it's kept
- To deliver what you paid for and send your receipt.
- To answer you if you get in touch.
- To follow up once if you started signing up and didn't finish.
- To keep the records the tax authorities require for a sale.
- To send occasional emails about new courses — only if you ticked that specific optional box. It is never pre-ticked.
Who else sees it
Two companies, both because they run the plumbing: Stripe (payments) and Hostinger (the web hosting and the email). That's the whole list.
Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. There is no arrangement under which that could happen.
How long it's kept
- Purchase records — kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.
- Incomplete sign-ups — deleted after 12 months if they never turn into a purchase.
- Marketing consent — kept until you withdraw it.
What you can ask for
A copy of what's held about you, a correction, or deletion. Email ravi@accelerateaisales.com and you'll get a reply within 30 days. No special form, no fee.
Deletion has one limit: records tied to a completed purchase have to be kept for tax purposes. Everything else goes.
If you're in the UK, EU, or another region with data-protection law, those rights apply to you here regardless of where this site is hosted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The database sits behind the hosting account and isn't reachable from the public internet. Credentials are stored outside the web root. No card data is held here at all, because none of it ever arrives.
Changes
If what's collected or who it's shared with changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
